WHOLE COOKED HAM ON THE BONE
Glazed with pomegranate molasses and red wine. Served with assorted
pickles chutneys honey grain mustards and crusty bread rolls.
KING SALMON FILLETS
Topped with pesto, lemon & fresh parmesan. Char-grilled and
served with toasted sourdough bread and fresh basil mayonnaise.
CHEESE PLATTER
A choice of New Zealand’s best boutique cheeses.
With pears caramelised in merlot, cinnamon and Demerara sugar.
Served with quince paste and seasonal grapes assorted crackers, sweet
biscuits and
toasted ciabatta bread.
WHOLE-ROASTED EYE FILLET
Coated with horseradish, Dijon mustard, cracked blackpepper and crunchy
salt flakes. Sliced and plattered with a mustard seed sauce.
HARISSA LAMB CUTLETS
With caramelised red onion marmalade, tztaziki, humus and toasted pita
breads.
GALANTINE OF CHICKEN
Lined with spinach, fresh herbs, roasted pistachios
and preserved lemon.
Wrapped with lean streaky bacon rashers.
Sliced and served with a horseradish crème fraiche.
ANTPASTO PLATTERS
Marinated king prawns and mussels, cured meats, tandoori and
coconut chicken skewers, Lebanese meatballs, falafel, sweet corn and
coriander fritters with dips, cheeses, olives, crositni and crackers.
